How would you describe your shooting style?
I like to take photographs that shows the magic of the occasion and tells a story. I am mainly a portrait photographer so that have a huge influence on my wedding photography. I like to show a connection between my subject and the camera, I like to show their emotions, and I like to show what’s happening around you what you cannot see.
Do you visit the wedding/reception venues?
Yes, I do systematically visit venues even if I’ve been there already, it is better to be prepared.
Do you take group shots?
Yes, I do and time permitting I will also accommodate requests for candid portraits with you and your guests.
How do you create your image?
Depending on your schedule I can shoot creative photos, these are mostly just you two or with the entourage before the ceremony and after the group shots. Group shots will be at an agreed location, this way, the usher knows where to take the guests after the ceremony. As for the the rest of the images – bridal preparations, ceremony and reception, these are all shot as they happen.
How many pictures do you take during the day?
For a full day wedding, I take about a thousand images and sometimes with a second photographer around a couple of thousand images from which I will select the best 200 images for your online gallery and your prints. These will all be fully edited.
